Six ways we move a homeware line

Every board on this wall is a service we run in house, from the first frame of Product Photography to the last confirmation of Order Follow-up. The props change, the process does not.

Product Photography

We shoot homeware on a clean sweep inside our white cube, one ceramic or textile at a time, then build the wider set of hero, detail and in-use frames a modern listing asks for. Lighting is measured by hand so the glaze, the weave and the true colour all survive the screen.

Listing Copy and Uploads

A photograph sells only once it is described well. Our writers turn measurements, materials and care notes into clear titles, bullets and long descriptions, then upload the whole set with the right categories, tags and variation options attached.

Sample Coordination

We chase the samples, log them on arrival, and keep a physical reference of every item on the prop shelf so nothing is photographed twice by mistake. Brands simply send the box and receive a tidy, documented sample library in return.

Image Retouching

Dust, stray threads and colour drift are removed frame by frame while the product itself stays honest. We correct white balance, straighten lines and prepare every file at the exact pixel size each marketplace expects.

Storefront Operations

Beyond the camera we keep the shop running: collections arranged, banners scheduled, pricing reviewed and stock levels reconciled so the catalogue a customer meets is always the catalogue we actually hold.

Order Follow-up

Once an order lands we watch it through packing, tracking and delivery, answering the buyer in plain language and closing the loop with the brand. A quiet problem solved early is the cheapest review a shop can earn.

Nanning Zhipeng E-Commerce Co., Ltd. keeps winter catalogue days open for homeware brands that need a full season of imagery booked before the year turns.

Each shoot day ends with the picks flagged the same evening, so a brand wakes to a set of selected frames already waiting in the shared folder.

What a catalogue day looks like

A morning in the studio begins long before the shutter opens. The white cube is wiped down and the sweep paper is checked for creases, because a single fold in the paper becomes a shadow that a retoucher must later chase. The two softbox lamps are set on their stands, one high and angled down, one low and flat, and the reflector card is propped to lean in from the right so the shadow side of every ceramic keeps its detail. The handheld light meter is read against the product surface, not the background, so the glaze reads at the tone the buyer will actually receive.

By mid morning the first items are on set. Product Photography proceeds one piece at a time, and the tether laptop beside the cube fills its contact sheet frame by frame. Nothing leaves the cube until the hero, the profile and the detail frames are all present. When the last item of the day is finished, Listing Copy and Uploads begins in the same room, so the writer can look at the real object while describing its height, its weave and its care.

Why one studio holds the whole line

Most sellers lose quality at the handovers. A photographer shoots one way, a freelancer retouches another, and a third person writes copy from photographs alone. We keep all six services under one roof so that the product, the frames and the words all describe the same thing. Sample Coordination keeps the physical shelf and the written record in step, Image Retouching keeps the tone honest, and Storefront Operations plus Order Follow-up keep the shop healthy after launch.

The result is a catalogue that behaves like one continuous shoot rather than a patchwork of vendors. If you would like to see how a homeware line would move through the cube, our services page sets out each step in detail, and our contact page is the fastest way to start a conversation.

A studio built around one white cube

The heart of our Nanning workspace is a single white shoot cube with one face left open to camera. A ceramic jar stands on a seamless sweep inside it, two softbox lamps aim in from the front, and a leaning reflector card lifts the shadow side. Beside the cube a side stool holds the tether laptop, where the contact sheet fills in as we shoot, and a handheld light meter rests where the next reading will be taken.

That rig is why our catalogue work is consistent. The same cube, the same lamps and the same measured exposure mean the fourth hundred photograph looks as clean as the first, whether we are shooting for a homeware label, a kitchenware seller or a small design brand stepping online for the first time.

  • Staged — props, sweep and lighting arranged before the first frame.
  • Shot — measured by hand, reviewed on a tether screen, kept honest.
  • Listed — described, sized, uploaded and watched until it sells.
  • Supported — storefront upkeep and order follow-up after launch.
